Please keep in mind: on weekends, some restaurants and/or cafés are closed in the Financial District, we found it a little unfavourable. There is not much around the hotel, everything seems a bit extinct.

There is no proper reception, but a vending machine, which then ejects the room key after a successful check-in (with the credit card). The extremely friendly staff will be happy to help! By the way, the staff in the breakfast room was not so courteous, it always seemed a bit bad-tempered to me.
We found our standard room to be sufficiently large, clean and appropriately furnished for our short stay of three nights. Cleaning was top! The Aircon worked well, was right next to the bed. Room view to a side street.
Cladir Donn
Small breakfast in an appealing room, very chilly atmosphere for a good start into the day. Very tasty bars and fruit, cold canned drinks, great coffee of any kind from the WMF vending machine. Between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. the hotel offers free wine and snacks, which we never managed to do. Non-alcoholic drinks are available the whole day in a freezer, free water is available on every floor via a water machine. This can be bottled.
Other amenities of the hotel include free laundry, iron, free Wlan, yoga mat in the room: fitness courses in the room possible via TV! In the bathroom all amenities were available except shower gel.
Unfortunately we were not on the roof terrace, the view is probably quite nice:-)
We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come again!
The hotel is super situated in the financial district. The union square as well as the harbour are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms are well and functionally furnished as well as very clean.
We recommend this hotel and will gladly come back.
